Samsung Galaxy F70 Launched in India: Pricing, Specs, and Bank Offers

Samsung has officially launched the Galaxy F70 smartphone in India, making it the first market to receive the new device. The launch, which took place on October 18, 2026, was quietly executed by simply listing the phone on Flipkart, as reported by SamMobile.

The Galaxy F70 arrives in two configurations: a 4GB RAM with 128GB storage model priced at INR 19,999, and a 6GB RAM with 128GB storage variant available for INR 22,999.

For those using Axis Flipkart or SBI Flipkart credit cards, Samsung and Flipkart are offering attractive discounts. The 4GB model sees its price drop to INR 17,099 with an INR 2,900 discount, while the 6GB variant becomes INR 19,949 after an INR 3,050 reduction.

The device is exclusively available through Flipkart, though it appears to be out of stock at the moment, according to SamMobile's report.

Galaxy F70 Key Specifications

On the specifications front, the Galaxy F70 features a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with Full HD+ resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. It also comes with Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection, which is a good addition for durability in this segment.

Powering the phone is Samsung's own Exynos 1330 processor. This chipset is often seen in Samsung's more affordable 5G offerings, so it will be interesting to see how it performs at this price point.

For photography, the Galaxy F70 includes a triple rear camera setup: a 50MP primary sensor with OIS (Optical Image Stabilisation), a 5MP ultra-wide camera, and a 2MP macro lens. The front camera is a 13MP unit.

A 5,000mAh battery keeps the phone running, supported by 25W wired charging. This combination is fairly standard and provides a full day of use for most users, based on typical specs.

Connectivity options include dual-SIM 5G support, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and NFC. The phone measures 164.4mm x 77.9mm x 7.5mm and weighs 192 grams, making it quite slim for a device with a 5,000mAh battery. It is available in Bold Black and Vivid Violet colors.

What the Galaxy F70 Means for Indian Buyers

The Galaxy F70 is positioned in a highly competitive segment in India, typically dominated by brands like Redmi, Realme, and Poco, which often push for raw performance. While the AMOLED display and OIS on the main camera are strong points for the F70, the Exynos 1330 processor might face tough competition from devices offering Snapdragon 695 or Dimensity 810/900 chipsets around the INR 20,000 mark.

The effective prices, especially the 4GB variant dipping to INR 17,099, make the Galaxy F70 a much more compelling option. At that price, getting a Samsung phone with an AMOLED screen, OIS camera, and Gorilla Glass Victus is decent value, especially for those loyal to the Samsung ecosystem.

However, without the bank offers, the base price of INR 19,999 for the 4GB RAM variant might seem a bit high given the processor. Potential buyers should consider if the overall Samsung experience and display quality outweigh potentially stronger performance offered by some rivals at similar price points.

For now, interested buyers will need to keep an eye on Flipkart for when the Galaxy F70 comes back in stock.
