HP laser printers will be available with significant discounts during the Amazon Great Indian Festival for Dhanteras 2026. Smartprix has highlighted several models for home and small office use.
HP laser printers will be available at steep discounts during the Amazon Great Indian Festival, just in time for Dhanteras 2026. This comes as good news for small businesses and work-from-home professionals looking to upgrade their printing setup, as reported by Smartprix.
While Dhanteras is often associated with gold and electronics, a reliable printer can be a smart, practical investment for managing invoices, forms, and everyday paperwork. With festive sales around the corner, now could be a good time to consider an upgrade.
HP offers a wide range of laser printers, from basic monochrome models to multifunction machines that can also scan and copy. The discounts, as highlighted by Smartprix, cover several models, making it easier to find one that fits specific needs and budgets.
Basic Monochrome Printing: HP Laser 1008a and 1008w
For straightforward, single-function monochrome printing, the HP Laser 1008a and HP Laser 1008w are entry-level options. Both print up to 21 pages per minute, come with a 150-sheet input tray and a 100-sheet output tray, and are rated for a duty cycle of up to 10,000 pages, suitable for 1-5 users printing under 1,500 pages a month. The included toner cartridge is rated for about 1,500 pages.
The main difference between the two is connectivity. The HP Laser 1008a connects via Hi-Speed USB only, and is priced at Rs 11,789, a 17% discount from its MRP of Rs 14,204. The HP Laser 1008w adds Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi Direct, making it suitable for multiple users printing from different devices. It costs Rs 13,299, a 16% discount from its MRP of Rs 15,840.
If the printer will sit next to a single desktop, the 1008a saves you some money. For homes, work-from-home setups, or small businesses where several people need to print wirelessly, the 1008w is the more sensible choice.
Stepping Up to Duplex Printing: HP 303d and 303dw
The HP 303 series steps things up for core office needs. Both the HP 303d and 303dw print up to 30 pages a minute and support automatic duplex printing, which means they can print on both sides of a page without manual intervention. They also feature a larger 250-sheet input tray and a 100-sheet output tray.
The HP 303d, which connects via USB 2.0, is available for Rs 14,199, a substantial 30% discount from its MRP of Rs 20,250. The HP 303dw adds Wi-Fi connectivity to USB 2.0 for Rs 14,999, a 33% discount from its MRP of Rs 22,500.
Automatic duplex printing is a significant upgrade for offices that regularly print reports or multi-page documents, saving both time and paper. The larger paper tray also reduces the frequency of refills compared to the 1008 series.
With the price gap between the wired 303d and wireless 303dw being quite small, the 303dw makes a strong case for shared office environments where multiple users need wireless access.
Multifunction for Small Offices: HP 323d and 323dnw
For small offices needing more than just printing, the HP 323d and 323dnw models combine print, scan, and copy functions. These are multifunction laser printers, retaining the automatic duplex, 30ppm speeds, 250-sheet input tray, and 100-sheet output tray of the 303 series.
The HP 323d, with USB 2.0 connectivity, is priced at Rs 18,499, offering the largest discount on this list at 37% off its MRP of Rs 29,250. The HP 323dnw adds Wi-Fi alongside USB 2.0 for Rs 22,499, a 29% discount from its MRP of Rs 31,500.
Having print, scan, and copy capabilities in a single machine saves space and eliminates the need for separate devices in a small office or home office setup. The 323dnw is particularly useful for workgroups needing a shared wireless multifunction printer, despite the Rs 4,000 price difference for the added connectivity.
For Businesses with Heavy Scanning: HP 323sdnw
Sitting at the top of Smartprix's list is the HP 323sdnw, described as being for businesses that scan and copy all day. This model offers print, scan, and copy functions, automatic duplex, and both Wi-Fi and USB 2.0 connectivity. It is priced at Rs 24,499, a 30% discount from its MRP of Rs 35,250.
While the Smartprix report details its discounted price and features print, scan, copy, auto duplex, Wi-Fi, and USB 2.0 connectivity, specific print speeds or tray capacities were not detailed for this model in the report. However, its positioning suggests it builds on the multifunction capabilities of the 323 series for more intensive use cases.
These Dhanteras offers during the Amazon Great Indian Festival provide a solid opportunity to invest in a new HP laser printer. Consider your specific needs, like whether you need basic printing or full multifunction, and if wireless connectivity is essential for your setup, before making a choice.
